The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed.
Uk standard orders 3-4 days.
- Uk Express delivery 1-2 days ( order before 10am for next day delivery)
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–20 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
Click and collect Policy
Great news! Items in your local store are now available to shop and reserve on our website. Just choose the Click and Collect option at checkout and pay for your order online. We will reserve and prepare the item in under 2 hours, you will be notified by email when your order is available for collection and we will also send you the time slots for collection.
Click and collect is not available on public holidays.
Return & Exchange Policy
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size, you must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
All damaged items, wrongly sent items, wrong quantity sent or defective items will be accepted for a free return for a refund or replacement within 15 days after receiving the item (in order to start return process, you must provide photo of defective item).

Items that are not needed anymore, not liked by size, color, material etc, can be returned within 7 days after receiving the item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the costs of send and return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
When the item reaches us, it gets scanned and processed with warehouse and then we will issue a refund/replacement/partial refund.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
